I have a special announcement for cyber monday, and it’s one I think you’ll like.

Myrobotfriends is now taking requests!  That’s right!  You can get your very own robot designed and drawn!  The best part?  It’s FREE!  You can submit any number of requests that you like.  Each request that I receive will be analyzed by the Robotic Request Analyzicator and filed away for future use on myrobotfriends.com.  If your request is selected and drawn, you’ll even have the ability to purchase said robot as a print.  How exciting is that?  Be sure to hit up the requests page and start sending your ideas.  I can’t wait to hear from you!

That’s right ladies and gents, consider this the midnight launch of the brand new, improved, myrobotfriends.com.  You’ll see lots of little changes here and there throughout the site, but the big ones being the overall design, as well as the brand new BUY A PRINT functionality!  That’s right! Now, anytime you see a robot you like, there is a conveniently located buy button directly next to it, where you can buy a nice, matte printed, archival ink print provided by the service ImageKind.  You can choose from a few different sizes (I like the petite 8×9) and even choose to frame it if you’d like.

Welcome to my latest project.  This blog will be chronicling my adventures of imagining people as robots.  Every week I’ll be posting a new robot friend for everyone to enjoy.  Each robot will be inspired by someone that I know and drawn in a style that I think would be suiting for that particular type of robot/situation, while still trying to keep my “voice” in the illustration.  The comic will always be above, with it’s title/description in the box below, while my blog posts (such as this one) fall just below it.
